Policies

Appointments:

Your next appointment will be scheduled  at conclusion of your current appointment.  Length between appointments depends on your horse’s hoof needs. Spans range between 4 -6 weeks for most horses.  Advanced Hoof Care is the most reliable Farrier service you will encounter.  You WILL get a call back, You WILL get your next appointment, and we WILL return your calls.  We ask for your help to maintain this ability.   If you know you cannot make an appointment in advance please let us know as soon as possible.

Missed Appointments:

As a courtesy we try to call out the evening before your appointment to remind you we are coming.  If you must cancel at the time of our call, we may need to add a stable call to your next visit if we cannot reschedule when we are in your area.  Scheduling farms in groups by region helps us keep our costs down and because of this we are able to provide service to most of our clients without a pesky stable charge.
Please call or email us with any questions you may have regarding our pricing policies.  We have no hidden fees and do not believe in “surprise bills”.  Any service you request, or we recommend, will be discussed in detail. You will never have to guess what your bill will be.

Payment:

We accept: Cash, Check,  as well as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.  Our posted prices reflect a cash discount which applies to cash or check if paid at the time of invoicing.  If you expect you will be paying by credit card, please let us know in advance.
